It is time to start documenting our travels for 2022. As most of you know we put our sticks and bricks on the market in early March. We had it on the market one day, 2 showings and 2 offers. We closed on April 8.
We had to move the RV to a different location while the roof on our house was being replaced so we stayed at Leaf Verde RV Park in Buckeye. YES, we were one of those people who complained about the neighbors who came in after hours and while we were gone. For those of you who are RV'ers, wouldn't you??
We left Arizona on March 27 and stayed at Desert Eagle RV park on Nellis AFB, the weather was warm during the day and just a little chilly at night and there was snow on the mountains in Las Vegas.
There was this pretty cool cloud formation.
Pretty ominous clouds over this mountain in the distance while we were driving and doesn't this look like the head of an alligator on top of the mountain?
Our first stop was Mountain Home, Idaho. We visited Gayla and family and Eric and Jessica flew in from Vancouver. We enjoyed our time with everyone. We watched Clay at soccer practice, we did an Escape Room, went out for pizza and played cards.
After leaving Mountain Home we stayed on Hill AFB in Ogden UT. It is the first time we stayed on this base and we will definitely stay here again.
