Acadia National Park - 2025

  I must have taken a million pictures while we were in Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor  and surrounding area. There is so much beauty, so much to see and the fall colors were stunning. It was really cool to see the water moving. I love these pictures of these 3 skeleton trees. Shoreline pictures around Acadia NP We took a drive around Southwest Harbor and saw Bass Harbor Lighthouse. We also took a really cool stroll along the coastline.  We picked a sunny, warmer day to check out Thunder hole in Acadia NP.  T hunder Hole is a popular destination year-round. Wells Beach, Maine - 2025

There is always so much to do around the Well's Beach area. We stopped at many of our favorite places. Nubble Light House St. Ann's Episcopal Church in Kennebunkport Maine is an absolutely beautiful church inside and out. It's cornerstone was laid in 1887. They also have a seaside chapel built in 1974, someday it would be cool to attend a service by the sea. We also took a drive along the Kancamagus Highway . The colors were stunning.  Albany Covered Bridge After our drive we stopped in Lincoln, NH for a bite to eat at Basecamp Brewing. It was a beautiful day to sit out on the patio. Portland Light Head Fort Williams Park at Cape Elizabeth is where you will find Portland Lighthouse. Fort Williams Park is a 90 acre park adjacent to the lighthouse offering hiking opportunities, picnic facilities and endless ocean views.
