Fall in New England, Part 3 - 2023

On our next adventure we headed to Vermont hoping the leaves started changing colors, they were just starting to change. Our first stop was the Vermont Country Store.  The next day we took a driving tour the RV park suggested. It was a pretty drive but the leaves were not at peak or even close yet. We did see a couple of covered bridges. Williamsville Bridge Scott Bridge We stopped at the gift shop on Hogback Mountain. Our last full day we drove around searching for covered bridges. In total we saw 10 bridges and we could have seen more if I had done some research prior to visiting the Country Store, there were a few more in that area we could have checked out. I don't think the Kissing Bridge by the Vermont Country Store counted. All but 2 of the bridges you could drive on. Creamery Bridge Dummerston Bridge Cresson Bridge Slate Bridge Coombs Bridge Thompson Bridge Carlton Bridge Ashuelot Bridge

Tom and Carol arrived in New Hampshire on 9/18. We toured the Boott Cotton Mills Museum.  We got to see fabric weaved on the noisy looms. Some stats of nationalities and sex of the employees working at the mill as of        May 16, 1912 We had a cookout at Paul and Gail's with a chance to recreate a picture from ~2005. We had some amazing food, some amazing conversations and a beautiful afternoon. ~2005 2023 From left to right Bob, Sandy, Ernie, Rose, Tom, Paul, Gail, Carol, Tom Siblings Rose & Tom Paul & Gail Sandy & Ernie Tom & Carol
